ZOTMail Announcements
Subscribe to ORA Listservs
To receive announcements from the Institutional Review Board, Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee, or Sponsored Projects, follow these simple instructions.
- Go to the SNAP Main page
- Select the Applications tab and click on My ZOTmail.
- Enter your UCI NetID to get your personal subscription list.
- Scroll down the page to Step 3 and check the ORA boxes for the announcements you wish to receive.
- ORA IACUC News
- ORA IRB News
- ORA Sponsored Projects News
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
- Log out of the secure page.
Searching for Archived Messages
Document and Distribution Management archive all Zotmail messages for Subscription Lists
After clicking on the link above go to the section "All messages sent to a ZotMail subscription list" and select any of the following lists to review Office of Research Administration messages:
- ORA News - News from the Office of Research Administration
- ORA Sponsored Projects News - News from ORA Sponsored Projects
- ORA IACUC News - News from the Animal Care and Use Program and the IACUC
- ORA IRB News - News from the Human Research Protection Program and the IRB
Select the appropriate year from the year drop down and click “Submit”. After viewing a particular archive, click on “Go back” to go back to the list for that year for that archive or click on “Return to Archive” to get to another year or another archive.
